In the foreground of this picture, there is a woman lying on a hammock. She wears blue jeans, red shirt and black sandals. She looks very comfortable reclining on a pillow, her arms on the back of her neck and her legs crossed. The hammock is tied to a palm tree and a wooden stick. In the background there's a big yellow house with a double-height porch, that it’s supported by classic white columns. In the center of the façade of the house there's a large wooden door, surrounded by glass skylights. It also has four windows at each side of the big entrance door; there are two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Under each first floor windows there are blue banners that couldn’t see them clearly. The land is flat and has some areas with green grass, but some areas that seems to be dried.

CAD (Computer-aided design) is a software created for the design of real or virtual objects and BIM (Building information Modeling) is also a design software and 3D modeling. Both are used to create 3D models in the field of architecture. While BIM is normally used in 3D real-time, CAD can also be used in 2D or 3D. BIM is just a program created for the design of buildings, but CAD has a wider scope, it is used for architectural design, prosthesis, shipbuilding, automotive, aerospace, and produced computer animation for special effects movies, advertising and technical manuals. However, BIM is a better visualization of 3D architectural models, including geometry, spatial relationships, analysis of light, geographic information, and quantities and properties of building components. It can also be used to demonstrate the complete life cycle of buildings, including the processes of construction, installation and operation in addition to the quantities and shared properties of materials.
